AI Standup Assistant is a collaborative team tool designed to automate daily standups, perform semantic analysis on team updates, and generate automated summaries of blocker items and risks. Built with a Node.js + Express and TypeScript backend, and a Next.js frontend, it integrates LangChain and Groq (Llama 3.1) to analyze developer sentiment, calculate update clarity, and suggest improvements. All data is securely stored in MongoDB with JWT-based user and team management.
